These designs are roughly based on my earlier Crystal Star designs. I have added a lot more features and elements to them including some blended scrolls which have a patina effect, the green film that develops on copper and bronze over time. This is regarded a beautiful weathering and I am delighted that I was able to capture it in these embroideries. I experimented with several combinations, concluding that Sulky Rayon 1055 Tawny Tan and 1204 Pastel Jade were the best combination. There are a variety of stars in these designs and one colour way has the assigned a metallic thread. I prefer to use just a small amount of metallic thread and to embellish with hot fix crystals and stars. Details are given in the accompanying PDF. Also included in each PDF are details on which designs work well together. Design #6 is a border design which can be used both vertically and horizontally. Create your own unique embroidered fabric with design #9. I have to admit that design #11 is my favourite out of all 90 designs in the collection.
