The Graceful Rewards Scheme

All customers now earn rewards for most products that they buy, except those in sales or part of an offer. Each reward collected is worth $0.50 and can be used to purchase full price sets only. The rewards for your orders are usually added to your account every Monday and you should receive an email confirming the amount. Members of the Group Forum will get even more points, depending on the level of membership that they have attained. Rewards can only be used to purchase fully priced sets so if you require a whole collection of sets you need to purchase them individually. In a sale the price in rewards stays the same. For example a $20 sets still costs 40 rewards.

Log into your account to see how many rewards you have. On the right hand side of your account page, select Rewards. The total will also show when you go to pay.Select your shopping cart not checkout, to use Rewards. If the items in your cart can be purchased with Rewards your Reward balance will not show.

The amount of rewards you have to spend is shown in brackets. My most recent sets at Graceful Embroidery are $25 so you will require 50 Rewards to get them. However they are not available to purchase with Rewards immediately after release.  You cannot pay for a Pre Order with Rewards.
