Breathtakingly Beautiful Curlicue Quilt Blocks  

28 designs for mixed hoops

With 20 different blocks to choose from, you have plenty of choices for making a quilt with these designs. These quilt blocks are different from any of my previous ones, as the quilting stitches are separate. For these special blocks I have chosen a special “Quilt as You go” (QAYG) method which is covered in the PDF of instructions which come with the set. I suggest that you embroider each block with one layer of mesh type stabilizer, a layer of batting and your fabric on top. For my samples I used ivory silk dupion. Once your blocks are embroidered your backing fabric can be placed underneath while the quilting sandwich is still in the hoop. 5 Quilting designs are included which are stitched over the quilt blocks once the backing is in placed. A quilt label is included in this set and should be customised in your embroidery software.

These quilt blocks are not part of the Breathtakingly beautiful curlicues collection and need to be purchased seperately.
