Jacobean Sampler 6: Tree of Life.
12 designs for various hoops.
Using many of the elements from the Jacobean designs in this collection I have created this Tree of Life embroidery which is often found in Jacobean embroidery. It embroiders out in one hooping if you have a hoop that is at least 360mm x 260mm, but I have split it for the 300mm x 200mm hoop and also for the 240mm x 150mm with Outline alignment stitches and markers to help you successfully position each section. You will find 3 versions of the tree in this set, one detailed, one with a bird sitting on one of the branches and a simpler more open version which will stitch out in less time. These designs have many colour changes in them so proceed carefully and I advise using the same colours or similar ones for the same multi-coloured vibrant look when finished. Due to the size of the tree it cannot be stitched out in one hooping in the following formats: HUS and VIP.
(N.B. Most designs now will convert to all the usual formats. Check the PDFs in the Download tab above, for actual design sizes to confirm that you have the hoops to accomodate the designs.)
If you are unsure as to whether your hoops will accomodate the designs, please check the dimensions of all the designs by downloading the PDF’s in the downloads tab. It is not advisable to resize these designs due to their complexity.
